How to create curves between two open or closed input curves - or - on a surface?

For Example:
1. Pick one curve.
2. Pick second curve.
3.Type # of curves.
4. Press 'ENTER'

Creates 'ribs' between the two chosen curves - or - on a surface - in accordance to where you choose to BEGIN & END.
