Hi Suzanne, do you mean to target the edges of that front surface? You can do that on a solid by selecting a face of the solid and then when you go to fillet it all the edges of that face will be targeted for filleting. But the particular shaping you've got there has several different qualities that will tend to make things difficult for the filleter to work on it, like the sharp cusp in the opening, and the small size of the pattern openings. The sharp cusp will make it difficult for the filleter to make a corner juncture patch in that spot and the small size and close clustering of the pattern openings will not leave very much room for placing fillets there, they'd have to be of a pretty small radius in order to fit there without running into each other.
