I don't get this file: i just try to make the same fillet inside DesignSpark!
So seems it's now possible for obtain the file in Moi! :)
Sure a little tricky lines command!

I don't know if Vitaly Bulgarov has used DesignSpark or Moi or other ones!)

For import any file format Step in DesginSpark


Import the file format Step
Draw a sphere
Goto the top of the arborescence
Right Click / Lock
Magic : you can manipulate (and of course Hide/ Kill the sphere! :)
Just change the color as you want! :)

Onshape
Chamfer then Fillet

Have you tried doing the chamfer first then the fillets
