Ok I have nt considered sweeping in this way, seems to be a

Hi Tom,
is this the type of result you want.
I networked the Bulge without the fillet and then tried various
fillets and blend solutions.

Here is a method of using blend. Adjusting the creation surfaces will control the bulge position.
