Hi Tom, the curved shape adds quite a bit of complexity, is it possible to do a flat version and then produce the curved one by using Flow to deform it?

The method I was thinking of was to maybe focus on the arc end shape first by building something like this:

The idea there is to focus on the end shape by itself near the tip there, also you could construct this out a wide area and maybe trim off excess later. Then the center part gets surfaced separately with some space around it and a Construct > Blend is used to connect them together.

This is a lot easier to control with a flat shape though which is what I had thought you were doing...

Another possibility might be to make a shape that extended and dipped downwards past the outer surface and then got trimmed off something like this:

Hi Tom,
is this the type of result you want.
I networked the Bulge without the fillet and then tried various
fillets and blend solutions.
Hope it helps.

Here is a method of using blend. Adjusting the creation surfaces will control the bulge position.
