Hi Terry, at the bottom of that same page ( http://moi3d.com/reinstall.htm), you can put in your e-mail address and have your license keys e-mailed to you.
Also if you have installed V3 before, your license key will get saved as a text file under ~/Library/Application Support/Moi/moi_v3_license.key - the Library folder is hidden in Finder by default I think so you have to use a menu item "Go to folder" to go to it, or in Terminal use the following:
open -t ~/Library/Application\ Support/Moi/moi_v3_license.key
That should open up your license key file in TextEdit.app if it's there.
