Of course yes! :)
Export an OBJ format if you have Sketchup Pro
if you have Sketchup Make use the Export OBJ by Tig or by Thomthom QuadFace tools
http://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=OBJexporter
http://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=QuadFaceTools
https://bitbucket.org/thomthom/quadface-tools/wiki/Feature%20-%20OBJ%20Export

and use _importObj by Max Smirnov for transform your OBJ format file inside Moi! ;)
So you can use _SubDivBeta9 by Max Smirnov on an SKP File! :)

French Sites : http://moiscript.weebly.com/_importobj.html
http://sketchupsubd.weebly.com/

After _SubdivBeta9 on the Box (SUbdivbeta9 don't works with any Polygonal volumes! )

Hi eric, SketchUp models are made up of polygons only so that's why there is no .skp format import for MoI and only an exporter.

Try using Rhino though, I think it has an importer with an option to convert large planes with holes in it into trimmed surfaces.
