Hi Al, the surface contained in the IGES file is problematic because it is one single surface that has sharp creases inside it. Many CAD programs will expect that each individual surface should be G1 and can have problems if it isn't. MoI will try to automatically split such creased surfaces into multiple separate joined faces but there seems to be a regression in that area between v2 and v3, I'll investigate it and try to track it down and see if I can get it fixed for v4. In the meantime to get this into MoI v3 successfully it will need to be already split up before bringing it into v3. Thanks for posting the file so I could reproduce it over here.
