I searched for "Drape" but could not find anything, so if this has been asked before, please excuse me.

I know there is the script for "cloth" for MoI that works on spheres, but I was wondering if this has updated to use on any solid or joined surface body in MoI, or if there was a future potential for a similar drape command for MoI.

Hi Michael, that could be possible in the future, but probably fairly difficult to script with what's available to the script interface right now.

For the time being if you need draping functionality I'd recommend using Rhino for getting that particular function.

I am still on Coroflot, but haven't done anything with shoes.

I was using the evaluation version of Rhinoceros to do the drape on a part that I was working for creating a thermoformed tray for packaging and shipping.
