Live preview not working

Hi there,

I have the following problem: Sometimes, it seems only with heavy scenes, MoI doesn't live-preview geometry that's being altered at that moment. Regarding this example: Only the 3d object is constantly re-drawn in the 3d viewport when being moved, but not the 2d lines preview. Why is that?

Hi 3image, that's a feature to improve performance while dragging a complex object. The edge display tends to take the most time to display and when you drag an object that has over a certain threshold number of faces, it will use a special lightweight drawing mechanism to keep the display going at interactive speeds.

The threshold value can be modified in moi.ini under this location:

[Transform]
ProxyGenerationNumFaces=50

The default is to enable the quick drawing mode when transforming an object made up of 50 or more faces.
