I have to create a plane with a ton of holes punched into it. Unfortunately the holes are staggered as shown here.



I know how to make an array of cylinders to do the boolean cutting, but I'm not sure how to stagger every other row. Is that possible? If so, how? Thanks!

Hi Geof,
The regular Array Grid command works fine.
Start with two circles next to each other diagonally.
Run Array Grid, select both circles, Done, then select spacing points, (red points), on the same diagonal, below left, and above right,
at an appropriate spacing. Note that the green dot, (unused), indicates the relative positions of the red points.
