Hi Carlo, it looks like you want an equivalent of the AutoCAD stretch command?
MoI does not have a special command for that because you can get it done already using control point editing.
Start by selecting the objects you want to stretch like that, then turn on their control points using Edit > Show pts. Then make a selection window exactly like you show above, which will select all the control points in the window, then you can just drag them over or use Transform > Move to move them and that will give you the result you want.
Here's an example - here I turn on control points, click once in empty space to clear the selection, then do a window to select the ones just on one side and then drag them:
You can use the Escape key to turn off points.
