Like this? I did it from the drawing dimensions as opposed to the line work.

Hi Moi'ers

Which software do you use to present a 2D drawing with measurements like that?
Looks good

Hey 3dcnc. Is it some sort of exercise on a course?
Best wishes

Hi

Ha Ha. Was not expecting anyone to take notice of the post , except my students.

Its part of the CAD design course I am doing at the University. I was supposed to delete it. I am teaching Moi and Rhino. The 2D drawing was generated in Rhino. The project is for the students to draw up a flat pack piece of furniture to be cut on the cnc router .

I started teaching the 2d and 3D basics in Moi , we have now moved to Rhino. We created a 3d model , then used make2d to extract the 2d drawing. In Rhino used layout to create the 2d drawing layout for printing.I love Moi, and use it all the time for design doodles and ideas.

I also prefer to teach the commands while doing a project, to put them in context. In Moi we started by drawing a guitar body. We then drew a milk jug followed by a chair.

Last day today.
