I meant loft not extrude but that may not make any difference. I did fillet it at the end and it worked ok. I'm not being competitive just pleased to have made it so simply. Of course I might have been lucky as I often find when I try and make an exact model filleting can be tricky.

I used Rail Revolve instead of Loft to get an exact revolved surface
