Hello Michael et al,

I do a fair amount of organic shape modeling, where I end up manipulating the points of a surface by hand. It would be super handy to have an "align points to curve" command.

Does this exist? It seems basic, but I'm not finding anything relevant in my searches.

The image below is a great example of this. All the points along the bottom edge of the surface need to be moved to the curve. Presently, I'm just doing it manually.

Sorry, no there isn't currently any tool for that. MoI is not really very focused on surface control point editing as of yet. In your example you show there I'd recommend lofting a new surface between those curves which should give you the same result, rather than using control point editing. Or another possibility which can be better is to do an extrusion of one profile and then trim that extrusion with the other curve.
