if you don't like Blender's UI workflow you may check out the Trial of Shade 3D. It comes in 3 flavors, Basic, Standard and Professional. The Standard comes with Bones etc. Shade 3D is inexpensive, imho and worth a try.
iClone 6 is user friendly ($60 to $200) ...but requires 3DXchange to import (also $60 to $200 - up to $300) - depending on flavor.
Has various add-on motions and effects - can be quite sophisticated, but each everything is an extra add-on.
But bone rigging (features AutoDesk's HumanIK® Inverse kinematics) and automatic lip-sync are strong.
Has built-in render or add-on Plug-in for Indigo runtime.
