Hi there! I havn't been able to use MOI since I upgraded to Mavericks on my Mac.
My coworkers seem to be having the exact same problem.
I have attached a crash report.

Hi Glinkis, there is an v3.1 updated version which was released to fix problems on recent OS X releases, I'd recommend updating to that.

If you already have version 3.0 you can get the new updated version by putting in your V3 license key here: http://moi3d.com/reinstall.htm .

Hi Michael, thanks for your reply.
It seems we only currently have a 2.0 license, so I guess we'll have to hold off on MOI for now.

Hi Glinkis, I'm sorry but I'm not working on the older version 2 anymore. V2 owners can get a discounted upgrade license for v3 though, it's the second link on the purchase page here: http://moi3d.com/purchase.htm

I think that v2 did work ok on older versions of Mavericks though, so if you have saved a disk image prior to updating the OS, if you reverted to that you could probably get working again with v2.

Alright, thank you.
One more question though. Will you be able to get able to get a discounted upgrade from v2->v4 once that is released, if we decide to hold off on upgrading for now?

Hi Glinkis, yes you can purchase the discounted upgrade version of MoI if you have any previous version, not just the preceding one.

So it will be possible to do an upgrade from v2 to v4 (skipping v3) like you are asking about. Note that on the order form it will probably say something like "Upgrade version (requires v3 license)" just because there isn't much room to put in a long explanation there.

But it will still be a while yet before v4 is ready though, I am undergoing a major rewrite for v4 and there is still a lot more work left to do on it.
