Thanks Michael, that seems to do the trick. I have the habit with filleting to take all the edges together since mostly it yields different results when doing it one by one, that is when the fillets are overlapping or touching.

Yes, normally when fillets run into each other it's better to do them all at once, especially so that the fillet engine can see that 2 fillets are running into each other and then construct a proper corner patch where they hit.

But in your particular case here since the fillets shrink down to a single point where they meet, there isn't any need for a corner patch to be created.
