It would be good if in the the next vesion of Moi, we could have a very basic "Poly" modeling "type" tool - to make the most of this amazing subdivision script.

A simple gizmo to scale,move,extrude,rotate - face/edge/vertices. I dont think it needs to have advanced modeling features like Modo. attached image.

An editable subdivision cage would also be nice.

Hi 3dcnc, I do want to work on poly modeling tools built into MoI but I can't say for sure yet whether it will be part of v4 or some other version after that.

When MoI3D has the poly modeling tools (and i have faith that the workflow would be as awesome as the existing NURBS one),
it would be a zen-paradise of modeling environment!..

Can't wait for that to happens, but this is not any mean to rush Michael...

I am not after a poly modeller ( mesh) - I just want simple "poly-type" tools for nurbs solids/surfaces , so we can make the most of the subdivision script . We already have bridge and split.There are plenty of good mesh/poly modellers out there.
