Here is a nice free version of Fusion 8 beta , for 2d and 3d compositing and special effects, downloaded it yesterday but not had time to try it out yet, it has an impressive array of tools and it's own rendering engine.
A good addition to your toolbox for rendering and adding special effects to your models.
