perhaps there is two windows on the screen.
The first is not fullsize and it seems that Moi's window is behind.

Ha that's funny - yes that definitely looks like MoI's bottom toolbar with some different icon images but the rest is something else. Might be layered windows like Lawrence says or it could easily be a static picture mockup with pieces of different apps stuck together.

Yeah.


The question emerges: Will M$ allow independent software developers (3D, Gaming, etc.) full access to incorporating their products, or will there be some kind of proprietary lock? Could we eventually run MoI on a HoloLense? Just imagine.

Mike - Microsoft initially locked down Kinect, then came out with developer kits. I'm sure they will do the same with HoloLens. There are so many application specific uses for this technology that they would be foolish to keep a lid on it.
