Yes, I have seen Design Spark. I also have FormZ Pro, which is also like SketchUp on steroids. What I like about SketchUp is it's a poly modeler, which somewhat limits you to detail, but most of all it has GREAT *sketchy* renders! Also, there's a lot to be inspired from at the SketchUp warehouse.

Keynote is for MAC ?
I have not Mac :)
But in fact i have seen your image there is no need to make photo montage
because text is in general sparated from image! :)
Just to find the Flex font or similar :)
