Hi Chris, there does not seem to be anything unusual with your moi.ini file, and there are not any settings in there that should have anything to do with this particular problem anyway...

What happens if you make a test folder on your desktop with only a few alphabetic characters in it with no spaces at all, does that make any difference?

For WHATEVER reason, changing all of my folder names to a single word solved the problem. I have never seen such a thing before. Even after a clean install (finally), the problem still persisted.
