Just wanted to share this, because I couldn't find it using the forum's search. Seems to work in V3 as well:

It just needs to be put into /commands and is called: script:moi.ui.createDialog('moi://commands/ScriptConsole.htm');

I have not typed all your first program but that I typed in French word works very fine!
