Hi Ninno - the steps for installing the CustomUI is to unzip the downloaded files, and then copy the unzipped contents into the MoI install folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\MoI 3.0

It's probably best to unzip it somewhere else to start with, like onto your desktop and then use Drag/drop to move the unzipped files over into C:\Program Files (x86)\MoI 3.0 . There will be one already existing file that will be overwritten inside the \ui sub-folder. If you don't get a prompt asking you about overwriting a file named CommandBar.htm then it means you did not drop the stuff into the correct folder.

Once you have done the drag/drop there will be some new folders "objects" and "snapshots" alongside the previously existing folders for "commands", "docs", and "ui".

If you try to unzip it directly into the MoI install folder, that can be problematic because by default Windows will prevent programs from modifying things inside of the program files folder. It's easiest to do that from Windows explorer since it will ask you for permission on demand and you can say yes then. If you run an unzipping program it will just probably silently fail to unzip into c:\Program Files unless you happened to start it initially with admin privileges.

- Michael
