Select something
Click one Point as local start origine --> Click 1
Click a second Point as end local origine --> Click 2

Then move anywhere you want and click for apply the Scale function 2D--> Click 3

I have problem becouse I do not know that grid plane play role here. I tried in 3D view to scale cylinder that was rotated a bit. And when I tried to scale it, I get it "distorted". Thanks.

Hi Andrei, so for a case like that you can use the View > CPlane tool to set the cplane onto the flat cap of the cylinder, then when you do the Scale2D it will happen in that plane.

Yes I made it everytime when I whanted to scale 2D but used edit frame+shift. Just wanted to try this tool and was a bit confused.
