Nearly all payments are usually done by either credit card or Paypal. I'm not sure if E bank is supported by the order system or not, but I don't think so. The order system is handled for me by a separate company called BlueSnap and they do support a few different payment options which are not typically used though.

The software can be installed on any number of computers that you own, like on both your laptop and desktop machines for example, or both at home at work, etc... with the only restriction being that it can only be actively launched and running on one of those at a time. But it can be installed on as many machines as you use. There is no special deactivation process for moving it to a different machine, you just use the same installer and same license key on each machine. MoI does not bind itself to only be installed on a single machine.

If you have purchased MoI version 2 (which is the older version, the current release is v3) after May 1st 2014 you can get a free upgrade here: http://moi3d.com/3.0/upgrade.php but normally a new purchase at this point would already be version 3.
