is there a way to increase the tolerance in MoI? Let's say, for instance, that for doing architectural work I don't need a super-low tolerance.

To be more clear I am asking if the "decimal display" number does affect the tolerance on some operations, Planar for example.

No, the decimal display setting only has to do with the display of numbers in the UI, it doesn't have any impact on modeling functions.

There isn't any way right now to loosen the tolerance, it can often times be problematic for the tolerance to be too loose, things like intersection results have more of a tendency to sag into one another and things like that.
