Car modeling problems

Hello, I'm building a sports car but I have some problems with surface conjunctions.
Fenders and bumpers are a very hard challenge for me...
The car is a very "draft" version, there are many and many details to work on... and I'm not an expert, at the moment I'm working only using the "network" command.
Note: the quick renders have been made with Rhino 5 tail for mac.

Please someone could help me?
Many thanks in advance, Franz

PS: I have added the .3dm file.

You cab use Variable fillet or blend. But if it does not work, try to make one big sutface with loft or network instead of these two peaces to avoid fillet or blend.
In general it is bad idea to model this kind of car in MOI. Use polygonal modelling instead.

Thank you Pilou,
my wish was to find a way to "smooth" the surface tangents to avoid "visibile edges". I tried with a unique network surface but it doesn't work because there are the vivid angle on the fender. I will try with the fillets.
Many thanks :)

Hello Andrei,
the NURBS modeling is good for me because I can create and change quickly the surfaces many times. This car is not a commercial car, I don't have blueprint to follow. I change idea many times during the creating process.

Probably I have to build me a "draft" nurbs model and then using it to create a second polygon model.

Many thanks :)
Francesco

Hello,

If you're running into continuity issues Blend and Fillet are the commands in MoI that you'd want to try using to clear those up. Automotive surfacing is challenging even with specific surfacing tools.

Hello Francesco,
throw an eye over, "keyword Surface Class A" here (I like this page!)
http://www.kodg-3d.com/en/tutorials/aliasvsrhino/45-class-a.html

and determined by the same designer from Russia, you can adapt some things in moi3d.
(is relevant only up 3 minute until minute 37, rest are not native commands, tut. only in russ-language)
