Hi Andrei, when you do a group select, there are 2 different methods that loft will use for automatically sorting the curves.
If all the curves are planar and on parallel planes, they are sorted by their distance along the plane's normal direction. This is intended to make things like this work automatically:
But note there that each planar curve is on a separate station point along the plane normal, your case will not work for this type of sorting method since you've got several curves all on the same planar station. That makes their "distance along plane normal" all equal and it will be essentially random how they will be ordered.
The other way that loft uses for automatic ordering is if you don't have all planar curves on parallel planes it makes a centroid point for each curve and then connects the closest centroids together.
Neither of those methods is suitable for your particular case here, so that means that you cannot use automatic sorting for your particular loft. You will need to select the curves by clicking on them individually in the order that you want them to be handled. That will then make Loft use your particular required ordering.
