Thanks.

I`ve created sharp corners to make fillet after that (after making network). Unfortunately bottom is gone and there are both ugly caps. How to fix it with sharp corners to do later fillet on that.

There is only the perimeter of the bottom on your file! ;)
And this one is not "flat" !

Hi bartosh did you possibly post the wrong file? The one you posted is almost empty and doesn't have your shape in it.

re: sharp edges - most likely the problem is that you have "getting very close to not sharp" edges in these areas here:




that makes things difficult on the filleter to have surfaces come to almost be tangent to one another like you have there instead of more fully sharp to each other. The fillet becomes very very tiny or possibly disappears altogether in those smooth or nearly smooth spots.

When I was talking about making things sharp I mean a lot more sharp yet and without so much remaining bending in the surface shapes like you've got.

Start with an extrusion of a base form:




Use boolean difference to do a side cut to produce the sloped front:

Seem to work Ok when using sweep maintain tangent option. Uncheck maintain height.

I deleted half of your curves first and then mirrored the resultant surface after the sweep.

Hello,

Blend works quite well on this shape with just a couple of problem areas where the surfaces pinch. If possible you could run your curves past your finished model, Extrude or Sweep those construction surfaces, perform your Blends and then perform a final trimming operation on your surfaces before Joining them and capping the object into a solid.
