Hi tomassok, maybe this hair dryer tutorial for Rhino is a closer match to what you're trying to do:

But yeah like Kevin write above you'd start by building the round head and the handle separately.

If you don't mind a more sort of tighter transition between them they you can construct them as touching each other and boolean them together, and use Filleting to round out the edges, if you want a kind of broader transition that makes it look more like all one single piece then Blend can work better for that, that's what is used in that hair dryer tutorial I think.
