Hi everyone,
I'm beginner with MOI, and it's fantastic software.
The symetric modeling it's easy for me,
But, I have problem with idea how to create this model of hand of shower.
The probem is how to combine hand part with cylinder. It should be one solid. I tryed everything: profile line/network, extrude ect.
I have seen Mike's similar tutorial: http://moi3d.com/forum/index.php?webtag=MOI&msg=4673.1
but my model is little dofferent.
I thing I have problem with idea how to create smooth surface (hand part) and cylinder.
To be cleare, i need just idea, with way is the best to craete model like this.

Hi tomassok, maybe this hair dryer tutorial for Rhino is a closer match to what you're trying to do:
http://www.rhino3dhelp.com/tutorials/modeling-rowenta-hair-dryer

But yeah like Kevin write above you'd start by building the round head and the handle separately.

If you don't mind a more sort of tighter transition between them they you can construct them as touching each other and boolean them together, and use Filleting to round out the edges, if you want a kind of broader transition that makes it look more like all one single piece then Blend can work better for that, that's what is used in that hair dryer tutorial I think.
