Plücker's conoid script

This script is mostly for fun.

Plücker's conoid is a ruled surface, and is associated with hyperboloid gears, and has been used for decorative roofs.
It includes options for the number of "folds," and zHeight.
Negative zHeight or negative fold number "rotates" or "mirrors" the conoid.
There is code to change the color of the lines to the second color style. If there is only one color defined, or the second color is active,
there is no color difference.

"CenterCurveSkips" removes curves starting from the center, and reduces curve count. The lines start with the first visible curve.
This can make a ribbon like surface. Obviously having more skips than curves does not display any curves, and also has an effect on the lines.

Lofting usually can be done well.
Sweeping a circle is also possible, but more challenging.
4 folds looks like the paper toy, closed, which opens and closed with the fingers. Is there any way to open it up? Maybe a variable radius with z?

Please report any bugs :-)

Fast work Pilou.
I'll have to try some accent marks, but not in the file names.
