Hi Mike, yes like Pilou says you can use the Transform > Deform > Flow command for that. Make sure you're running the v3 beta version since Flow is new for v3.

The way Flow works is it warps a shape from a base curve to a target curve (or from a base surface to target surface), so you'll need to draw a line running down the length of your object, that will be the base curve. Then draw a circle to use as the target curve.
