Sorry for my newbie-like question, but I have forgotten much of what I have learned in MoI due to lack of use.

Is there a way to trim a collection of objects such as those seen in the attached image to create the outside profile. In this case, I want to end up with a heart shape (tip rounded).

I am so used to other software that has tools, such as shape builder in Illustrator, or the trim tools in TurboCAD, that I am blind as to how to approach this in MoI.

Geez, why could I not get the MoI trim tool to work until I posted this question? I seem to have it figured out now.

Maybe select all / Boolean Union gives the good result in some cases ?

Hi Don, it sounds like you've got it handled now but in MoI that's called a "mutual trim" where you want each object not just to get cut but to also cut others in the same operation as well.

To do a mutual trim, you just select all the things you want to trim, and when Trim prompts you to select cutting objects you push "Done" or right-click at that point to signal that you are not selecting other cutting objects and instead doing mutual trim.
