Is it any way to set up background image, I mean just image that will stay untuched while I am moving in 3D? Like background image in C4D. Another words just like wallpapers inside MOI. I need it to make 3d objects for photo and when I use standart reference images in MOI they moving when I rotate view.

Sorry, no there isn't any method to make a totally fixed background image, the background images in MoI are set on a 3D surface.

But I'm sure that you should be able to find various separate utility programs that would allow you to put a transparent image up on your screen, or also here's a utility that will allow you to make the entire MoI window transparent to let an image shown from an other program to show through:
