Yeah, there is a high degree of compatibility from MoI to Rhino, you can bring in anything you create in MoI into Rhino without disrupting sizes or things like that. You can also use Copy/Paste to move objects back and forth between MoI and Rhino as well.

There isn't too much room to put a lot of information into the top level properties panel, but in the future I do want to make an "extended properties" dialog box that you could pull up that would then have a lot more details available on it.

I usually use http://kyticka.webzdarma.cz/3d/moi/#CurveLength to get a curve length.
