Great job on the egg Hakon. Yes - sprinkle a few gemstones on it.

I'm also a KeyShot user and I'm curious about your metal hammered finish. I've been looking for a material like that and yours does not seem to be a standard KeyShot material.

Well, Ed, the hammered textures I have did come with Keyshot, though for all I know, they might not have been included with all versions.

There's a hammered.jpg bump map in textures, and in the metals, it comes ready made in the flavours of aluminum, brass, chrome, copper, nickel, platinum and silver.

I've attached the bump map with this message in case it is missing from your library.

No bling, but something slightly more subtle, using a bump map with a pattern reminiscent of ones found in Fabergé enamel work. Here, the egg is found next to a golden ball, and a glass of what most likely would be a fine Chablis, the lack of condensation on the glass implying the higher than normal white wine serving temperature that is ideal for these more solid whites.

Composition isn't final, but I think I'm getting close.

Nice one Hakon it's coming along. Can I mention that the reflections are a bit too distracting and is taking a bit away from the focal point you could either crop the bottom to say half way of the ball reflection or change the reflection like in your first post otherwise good render and texturing.

Cheers
~Danny~
