Hi All,

So I'm trying to make a dome. Normally I would use sweep and it works great. In this case every time I try sweep it says calculation failed.
I then tried Rail Revolve. But as you can see in the figure on the right, the revolve is not uniform, in that it follows the profile only in one axis.

Can anyone assist me in solving this?

Use revolve. Revolve is the most suitable tool for such shapes.

1. Split your profile curve with trim tool, as you see in picture, or create a new curve.
2. Run Revolve tool and revolve around origin.
