Sorry no nothing specifically planned quite yet for this. I have some general ideas on it but I'm not sure when they will come to fruition.

It must have been maximized - it looks like you've already figured out that if you unmaximize the window you can then drag it to a second monitor.

Yes. I did ... and I am chagrined that I did not discover it a lot earlier ... It is very handy when using dual monitors.
