Your project turned out great! It's good to see Santa using some technology to help get the big job done! :)

Merci Pilou!

Yes, the more recent versions of Blender can handle Ngons, very useful.

Happy holidays to all MoI users, and to specially Metin!

Yes, Frenchy Pilou, since some versions ago (around 2.5# or 2.6# something) BMesh project was integrated Blender, bringing a hole new meshing engine, which among many other improvements, brought full NGon support for all operations including rendering texturing and everything else.

Thanx Mike for nice comment.Yes I played mostly with blend tool,it glues amazingly.I tried to blend curves at once, but then I saw it looks very bad if I zoom it out,So I blended line by line and count the angles and then I created shapes to nicely connect with blend tool and sometimes with sweep tool.

The spherical one was created with boolean difference tool.I had more excentric idea at first.I want it to create holes, then to duplicate the sphere and shrink it inside and blend(create bridge) with outer sphere. My problem was with thickness of the bridges. After braining a lot,on how to solve my design,I decide it to simplify it,but maybe I will keep trying. As abstract 3d model sculpture looked awesome, but my aim was to create designs for 3d printing. So I decided to simplify it.

Hi Evren,

Best wishes to you too. Snow in Turkey, nice. My father came from Erzurum (East side of Turkey), where it's quite cold in the winters.

How did you create the sphere-with-hole? My guess is:

1: Create sphere.
2: Trim hole with circle.
3: Shell it.
4: Delete rim surface and create blend? Or maybe a fillet?
