OBJ Workflow - Moi3D and UV Layout (from Headus)

Hey dear guys,

what should I do? I don't can really do an UV Edit in UV Layout after export ...

Need help, I see in UV Layout a lot of UV Islands in a small square, but I wish to create own UV Islands, but I can't do that - she button "ED" is gray and not editable.

How can I kill all UV islands there? Or export without UV layout - maybe per script or somth?! In Silo I can't also edit UV's from Moi3d

Hello,

There is an option in uvlayout to force delete uv's when loading an .obj.
Dont remember having any trouble there, even with ngones, but I havnt used uvlayout since a while.

You can also disable uv export from MoI .obj by editing the moi.ini,

[OBJ Export]
WriteTextureCoordinates=n

It's not so bad, on the second view - I just need mostly only move my UV Islands away and do only some relaxes :)

I'm not unhappy :)
