Is there a command for opening the Options window that can be assigned to a shortcut?

I've tried 'Options' & 'Preferences', which don't work; and I've looked through moi.idl but can't find anything.

{ moi.ui.createDialog( 'Options.htm', 'resizeable,defaultWidth:43em,defaultHeight:32em' ); }
