As a beta tester of Spread3D review (webgl version), i have to say the software is amazing !! So easy to share 3D models on the web with yours customers throught a google drive account !.
Rendering possibilities are incredible from MOI models. Ask to Laurent to try it, and you will never leave it, sending your rendering application in the trash .... A new workflow is born ... from your web browser :

You can export .skp or .obj models from MOI to Spread review.

One last detail I would like to add is that Spread3D Review allow you to share privately your 3d experiences and has a strong user permission management secured by Google Drive.

Regarding pricing, the offering is going to be slightly different from our previous products as Spread3D Review is a full cloud solution.

I cannot yet disclosed the final pricing as I am still working out the server costs but I am working hard to make it as affordable as possible!

What I can already tell you:
- it will be a monthly subscription you can start/stop at anytime
- it will have a free plan with the same features than the paid plan but your 3D review will only be valid for a limited time. You will then be able to evaluate the software without any limit of time!
- if you are a previous customer of Spread3D, you will get free subscription till end of 2014

The public beta should start soon but if you have any question, feel free to ask.

Never now, I will open an account for this Google Society, I'm not michet (client, customer). May be to see or feel more far away its nose, is not a so bad thing to live happy. Who catches flies with vineger? ...

The same thing, with the free pack of threejs.org is possible, also simple, or complex, that depends to the viewpoint, in a viewer, to use that a JQUERY.js + HTML.

I don't think so. A softer sell approach may work better for you.
