I opened the moi package contents, but could not find a \commands subfolder. also the documentation could not help me here.

Hi Wim, open finder and then right click the MoI.app and choose show package contents, then double click "drive_c" you will then see the moi folder - double click that moi folder and then you will see commands folder in there. Let me know if this does not work for you.
