Personally I do not like Sketch UP. Because it looks for me like stack of different stuff without single conception.
But MOI on the contrary has solid concept and already have all necessary tools.

Say what you want about SU - it's inferences and speed still make it a nifty program, especially for extrusion based output. It's failures definitely exist in it's plugin UI.
Having said that - as soon as MoI gains some component type functions - I'm off!
