Seems like every other day someone is trying to use MoI to make organic shapes, and the usual answer is that nurbs are not the best route. While researching 3D printers, I came across a reference to this free 3D sculpting program that may help some folks:

It is self-described as: "A free tool for making crazy-ass 3D stuff without too much hassle"
So for fun I downloaded it and imported a solid box with fillets I made in MoI and saved as OBJ (MeshMixer Imports & Exports OBJ, STL, PLY) . Then after some very un-artistic operations on my part, I exported as OBJ and imported into KeyShot for the render below.
Hope this helps someone looking for a simple sculpting program and not ready to spend on a high-end program like Z-Brush. Much better examples are in the MeshMixer gallery.
