Yes I know there's a option in the UI for that but it always reset back to 26° when I open a new document so I always have to change it back to 45° :/

I'm trying to change the default value at launch.

Hi DesuDeus, you can change how the startup views are set up by creating a 3DM file and then setting that as the startup template under Options > General > Template file.

Then when MoI starts up or when you use File > New, various things like the views and styles list will get read in from that template file.

ah i see..well, just save out a file with your desired field of view and load it as a template..

I will try with a 3DM located on our server so that it's updated across my two workstations !
