Real render and real topping choice,in fact the real pizza must have just following ingredients:

mozzarella cheese (italian...not made in china)
salsa di pomodoro (tomato sauce..also not made in china)
olio extra-vergine di oliva (extra-virgin olive oil from mediterranean area)
qualche foglia di basilico a fine cottura (few basil leaves at the end of cooking)

you have followed the real recipe !

i'm still watching that basil leaves...perfect cooked,no burned..are you a pizza-gourmet ?
i also like that little DOF you did on the topping...
only part could be easily improved is the pizza's dish (plate),but i can suppose you were totally focused on the pizza

and great answer Danny but i think that pizza could not meet english or american flavour:too simple topping..too light for you
i see often tv program Man Vs Food with Adam Richman and i know what kind of pizzas you like...

Funny 'M' actually the Napoletana pizza is to my taste, Australian born with European blood :) and that Adam Richman is a mad man, some of the things he puts in that mouth of his.......unbelievable, I guess that's why people watch the show.

I suppose over there,in Australia,surely you'll have a lot of Pizzerie (pizza houses) owned by people with Italian origins,better if their roots belong to Neaples country
that kind of pizza is typical from that area and if you want to appreciate it,must be done with original ingredients
that's why i specified in my first aswer:Italian or mediterranean..not made in china(my apologizes to all chinese users here but this is a fact )
